I had a truly wonderful experience with this weight management practice from start to finish. Jessica Girard was exceptional — professional, informative, relatable, kind, and genuinely caring. She immediately put me at ease, listened attentively, and made me feel respected and supported throughout the visit.I also want to acknowledge the entire team. From my very first phone call with Deborah, to the intake process, and my interaction with Jessica Girard,, every person I encountered was welcoming, patient, and compassionate. Each step felt organized, thoughtful, and centered on my comfort and care.I am so grateful I chose this practice for my weight management care. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt seen and supported as a whole person. I would highly recommend this team to anyone seeking respectful, high-quality care. Finally, I am looking forward to meeting with Dietitian/Nutrionist, and attending the monthly support groups.
