The only improvement I can think of is maybe have wheelchair service for those with mobility issues. It's a lot of walking if you have a broken ankle.

Alex was the second provider I saw for the injury I was being treated for. She was excellent to work with and I am so pleased that I was moved into her care after a very poor experience with the provider I saw before her. Alex was always on time, very thorough, an excellent communicator, and made everything very clear to me every step along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend her for anybody I know in need of foot/ankle care.

Alex has a delightful personality and a warm and considerate bedside manner. I goofed on the timing of my appointment ... came an hour plus ahead of schedule, and instead of making me go back home and return later, was able to see me at the earlier time.
