The aftercare notes were detailed, thorough, and comprehensible. Not once was someone else's name left in place instead of mine, which would reveal that the notes were a cut-and-paste job.

No bedside manner. Seemed to be rattling off information in a hurry to get to the next patient. I have no doubt that whomever is managing this office is pressuring workers to hurry through things and/or overbooking.

The only improvement I can think of is maybe have wheelchair service for those with mobility issues. It's a lot of walking if you have a broken ankle.

Alex was the second provider I saw for the injury I was being treated for. She was excellent to work with and I am so pleased that I was moved into her care after a very poor experience with the provider I saw before her. Alex was always on time, very thorough, an excellent communicator, and made everything very clear to me every step along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend her for anybody I know in need of foot/ankle care.
