Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Cristen was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to, valued, and cared for. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained things in a way I could understand, and made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care truly set her apart. I can honestly say this the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had, I would highly recommend her to anyone!

i waited 35 min.to see dr. shorter waiying time would be great.

All of the staff are always so wonderful, I feel at ease with everyone I’ve encountered. Cristen and her assistant are very kind. Cristen has been the best doctor/nurse practitioner I’ve ever had. She has been the most supportive, caring, listens and comforts me a lot knowing I have panic disorder and anxiety. I feel she has made me feel and gain trust as a patient. Knowing she truly understands me and she is devoted to being a NP and a genuine person, I felt safe with her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Absolutely nothing, I feel I’m treated at 100% care and understanding.

Cristen McKibben, NP was compassionate and very caring! I’m an eighty four year old lady with a cane and all the staff I came in contact with we’re very nice and respectful to me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I couldnt see my regular FNp for an urgent appointment FNP McKibben was able to see me. I had never seen her before. I'm a retired RN and am very impressed with her professional skills and bedside manner. I had a complicated visit and she made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I definitely would recommend her and will use in the future.

Christen McKibben was friendly & professional taking care to access my records for prescriptions recently taken and compatible with meds taken daily. She seemed to take an interest in my wellbeing. I felt comfortable with her even though this was my first visit with her.

Nurse P, Cristen McKibben has a caring attitude and was a good listener to my health issues! She didn’t rush answering my questions and didn’t make me feel dumb. She is a smart primary care provider.
