Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Especially Cristen McKibben, APN. I spent the most time with her. She was very thorough and attentive.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt rushed and was not explained anything well. Just my medication and asked if I wanted a lab drawn. The provider was not in the room more than 5 mins and I was not given a chance to ask questions. I left feeling defeated and like my actual concern was not addressed. I left the appointment and had to messed my PCP which was unnecessary and she immediately answered all questions and had solutions. My other experiences at this urgent care have been amazing and I hope it is that way in the future. As a BJC employee this was very disappointing and I hope other patients are not experiencing this.

The dr saw 3 of us at one time she did not seem overwhelmed she did a thorough check on all 3 of ius, grandpa grandma and 2 yr old granddaughter. We felt hear and taken care of.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Cristen was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to, valued, and cared for. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained things in a way I could understand, and made me feel completely at ease. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to patient care truly set her apart. I can honestly say this the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had, I would highly recommend her to anyone!

All of the staff are always so wonderful, I feel at ease with everyone I’ve encountered. Cristen and her assistant are very kind. Cristen has been the best doctor/nurse practitioner I’ve ever had. She has been the most supportive, caring, listens and comforts me a lot knowing I have panic disorder and anxiety. I feel she has made me feel and gain trust as a patient. Knowing she truly understands me and she is devoted to being a NP and a genuine person, I felt safe with her.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Absolutely nothing, I feel I’m treated at 100% care and understanding.
