Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Eileen McKeon makes you feel comfortable when she explains tests and talks about treatments. I really respect her judgement and advice regarding my health.

Eileen was wonderful, caring, and thorough. She gave me good advice that I will use. She also escorted me to the lab for my tests, she could have sent a assistant or pointed me the the direction.

All of the staff I dealt with were excellent. Dr. Eileen McKeon went above and beyond in listening to my issues and made sure everything was addressed.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I always have a long wait when I come to the doctors office 3040 minutes all the time but yet when I am am running late to get to the appointment and it’s 15 minutes over they won’t see me then after I get into the doctors office I gotta wait another 15 to 30 minutes to see the doctor

Eileen was awesome. We discussed my health and she and I decided what next steps were. Then she called me back in the evening and we discussed the lab values! Awesome care.

Everyone was so kind. Eileen is so naturally welcoming and conversational, a positive spirit who made my appointment so easy and relaxed. She,also, was vigilant in following up with me about my billing concern. I actually enjoy being in this office for my appointments!

Eileen McKeon was very knowledgeable and patient. She listened to my symptoms and made an explanation for the cause that was understandable. The medication she prescribed helped my condition. The telehealth video conference was timely and effective. Thank you for this service

Staff was very kind and helpful getting me signed in. Eileen is an excellent health care provider, she's respectful, kind and attentive to all of my needs. She answered all of my questions and assured me that she would take good care of me and I look forward to seeing her again.

My overall experience was great and any improvement would be nice to continue my health care with Eileen and the rest of the team.

Eileen McKeon is so approachable and sincere and caring. She listens to my questions and concerns and takes the time to think about what’s best for me knowing my condition. And she reviews my chart carefully and thoroughly. She is my favorite NP!!

Eileen is always extraordinary. I prefer seeing her over seeing my actual doctor. She is always willing to listen, genuinely caring, and gives great recommendations.
