Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The whole staff were extremely helpful and courteous. This is always their practice. We dearly love Eileen. She is very thorough, informative and very helpful.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Eileen was very competent, kind and listened to my concerns. I had some significant concerns and she addressed all of them and included me in my health plan. She then reviewed all of my results with the physician and called me the next day to discuss the plan and further testing. She also discussed timing of testing and what my next steps would be. She did an exceptional job.

This is my only visit to this practice where I feel the nurse practitioner was not as good at listening and more intent on giving instructions

Eileen McKeon addressed everything with professional advice. She apologized for being about 20 min late due to the patient ahead of me. She did not rush me. I very much appreciated that.

Nurse Eillen McKeon, who assisted me during my medical leave was exceptional. She was prompt, thorough, and ensured I had all the tests and support I needed. Her efforts were instrumental in addressing my health concerns. She was excellent!

All the staff was outstanding from checking in to lab work. They were not only outstanding, I have thought about what a great experience it was several times since our visit. Top notch and very personal care! Thank you!

They listened and Nurse Eileen put together a plan to check every condition I told her about, she seems very concerned about my problem. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

I feel Eileen is an outstanding clinician. She listens, makes patient centered decisions, and explains everything well. If my PCP is not available... would always chose her for care.

Elaine was exceptional...smart, courteous, and responsive. She's very professional with a warm, compassionate manner and took time to understand me. The doctor I have seen for 35 years retired last year and I have been searching for the right practitioner. I need not look further!

Eileen was personable, and knowledgeable. I had forgotten to ask a question and asked if I could talk to Eileen again. She came to see me and did not come across as pressed for time.
