Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
McKenzie is an amazing doctor and person. She is so sweet and kind and I feel she genuinely cares about my health and situations I’m going through she is so knowledgeable on anything that’s discussed with my health and she takes all the time that I need to feel comfortable with my treatments. I have never experienced anything like her at any time in my life from any other doctor.

McKenzie Youngblood is the bomb. She’s gentle, patient, and very informative thorough with my exam and checking over my last bone density test with me. I am completely comfortable with her.

No improvement needed. My visits are always exceptional.

Not really. Everyone was very nice and courteous!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not really. I would have liked to have talked a little more in length about my anxiety in regards if I do end up having a knee replacement. I understand they are very busy and need to stay on their schedule but that would be the only thing I would like to discuss.

Mackenzie and her nurse were kind and friendly. Mackenzie was a great listener and respectful/careful when touching me and giving me a shot. I actually texted my husband while in the office that I was having a great experience. Mackenzie gave me hope that I could start into my exercise routine again safely. I felt like high fiving people as I walked out!

Mackenzie is wonderful. She takes time with me. Says she is sorry when she gives me my shots. I would and have recommended her to several people. I just hope she stays where she is at. Great person to deal with. Workers are really nice.

McKenzie Youngblood always very patient and more than happy to cater to my situation of several medical problems I have simultaneously. Extremely professional while always friendly and positive that everything will get better. I have a lot of respect for her and appreciate all the work she does. I know I still have quite an ordeal ahead of me with two more surgeries but with her and the rest of the staff I will be in good hands.

Mackenzie was excellent. This was my mom’s first visit and was based on a referral from her primary care physician. Mackenzie developed an instant rapport with my mom. She listened first even though she probably already knew my mom’s responses. She was encouraging and when she made suggestions she was able to explain in simple terms to my mom the pros and cons of each course of action. I also found it refreshing that even though my mom was a new patient MacKenzie had obviously taken a moment to read my mom’s medical history in “ My Chart”. Because MacKenzie was prepared we were able to focus this appointment on moving forward instead of revisiting the past.

Mackenzie is wonderful. Apologies when giving me the injection. Seems like she is happy to see you. This time MacKenzie asked one of the workers get something for her. She thanked them. I would recommend her to everyone. Very understanding.
