McKenzie and the whole staff was very professional and friendly. I had a very good visit which yielded a lot of new information about my knees and what my treatment options are. I felt very comfortable with McKenzie and her abilities to take good care of me.

An amazing and wonderful Dr. she is gentle and kind, her appearance was impeccable and very clean and professional looking. Dressed appropriately and very clean. Explained to me me probables and gave me alternatives. Love her already!!!!!

McKenzie has gone above and beyond to get me appointments, prescriptions, orders, She has been very descriptive showing my X-rays and processing my paperwork for work. She is an amazing healthcare worker. Also she is is very compassionate nand down to earth with explanations. She is one of the best!!

Honestly, I have not med a single person who works in this office that wasn’t friendly and approachable. I gave never had a bad experience with appointments in this office. They are efficient, friendly, and accommodating. I felt I knew exactly what was wrong with my injury and received the best care for it. I also felt I had control of my options for care. I appreciated the way my case was handled in this office and if I need to go back, I wouldn’t hesitate.

McKynze was extremely patient with me and showed genuine concern regarding other medical concerns other than orthopedic - such as her concern regarding my shortness of breath and decreased cognitive function. Her assistance helped me get into my Pulmonary Physician right away a few hours after seeing her.
