McKenzie was terrific- kind, explained everything really well, checked back in us often during our hours in the ER, a real asset to SSM.

Mckenzie took the initiative to replace/exchange hearing aids which were given me difficulty with a more comfortable fit. I was very pleased with her decision. She cares enough to understand my needs and act accordingly to make me comfortable.

Dr. Lua was prompt in seeing me for my appointment. She had a solution for my issue and provided additional information and guidance to address my second issue. The wax in my ears was such that I need to see an audiologist about her services as well as at the other SMM locations. Thank you.
