There was no staff to check me out. I waited 3-5 minutes and nobody came, so I left. I never got a Dr's note for work or anything. Dr was great but disappointed in the check out process.

The doctor didn't really understand how much pain I'm in and it seemed as though there was nothing more that she felt could be done to give me a better quality of life without having to do a major surgery to be able to walk. A prescription for knee braces would've been appreciated to see if that could've helped.

I was disappointed in the long wait in th waiting room. I had checked in online and signed the clipped board when I arrived. After 45 minutes I approached the desk and was asked if I was checking out. When I replied that I was waiting to be seen by the physician, it was then that the desk staff realized that the clip board was never checked and my name was still listed. I was taken back to see the doctor shortly after that.

She was very professional. She knew what she was doing and I appreciate the advice that she had given me. So I was quite pleased with my appointment. She let me know that it'll be two weeks before I can exercise and that I'll feel like myself after two weeks. So like I said before, I was quite satisfied with her. Thank you.

Everyone was nice, but the front desk staff were gossiping openly about other people, which I felt was unprofessional. The provider was really nice, but I felt like she was really rushed to get out of there. So I didn't, I had to keep interrupting her to tell her my concerns, and then she kept trying to wrap it up. Otherwise, I felt like she was knowledgeable and recommended physical therapy as the right choice.

Dr. Wahl is an excellent, excellent doctor and an excellent human being. I trust her completely with my care and every time that I have been to see her, it has been a pleasure. She always treats me with respect and compassion. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. And the staff is very courteous and kind. Yes, the woman who was at the front desk could definitely have a little bit more of a personality, just even a smile on her face, some pleasantries. That was the only issue. I even had to make a comment when I left, like, really, do you enjoy your job? So that's all. Thank you. But otherwise, everybody was great. Dr. Wahl was awesome. Bye-bye.

Dr. Wahl was very kind and thorough. Her bedside manner is impeccable. The nurse, Sal, explained what the procedure would be for my baker's cyst. He was very courteous; and answered my questions.

Any health professional group or entity that has to do with health professionals could learn a ton of how to treat a patient from Virtua Medical Group, let alone especially Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics with Dr. Wall, with Dr. Greenleaf. Dr. Wall specializes in arms. My right elbow is going on. There's something wrong with it. And she did all she could and is continuing to have me under her care while I get MRIs taken. And Dr. Greenleaf for my spine for reconstructive orthopedics or orthopedics in Moorheads is also doing the same.

The people at the desk when I walked in were very helpful and very kind. And Dr., I forget her last name, but Mckensie, she was wonderful. She helped me, she walked me through it. She gave me a shot. She talked to me and I didn't hardly feel the shot. She was one of the best doctors I've ever had. Thank you very much.

When the MA call to ask me for my insurance didn't tell me what association she was calling from, didn't verify my information where i call let her know if it was me or no.

Receptionist was very polite and friendly. So nice to see a smile every time I leave-not taking that personal! The rest of the staff is just as nice. Doctor was professional and nice.
