Over the year. S we have been to many doctor's offices. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness, and the efficiency of the front desk, the check out to the medical assistant to the Doctor himself. I never felt rushed and felt heard. great team ! thank you

This entire office is amazing! The front desk, the nurse, Dr. Mcfarlane, and the MA that placed the [ ], all too notch! And when I called after I got home to give them some info they needed, I got right through to a real person!!’ So happy I found them!

Front desk associate can’t remember the name, she had funky kinda hairdo, was very pleasant and answered a couple questions very thorough. Also was informative about the co pay.

Everyone was very kind. It was my first time visiting the Cardiology Department. But I was made to feel very comfortable. Dr. McFarlane is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I do love Lee Health and my doctors, nurses, staff, etc

Scheduling staff realized the doctor I was to see left that office and instead of scheduling me [ ] for a visit since I've been with this medical group since [ ], she identified a cancelation and got me in that afternoon with Dr. McFarlane.

Dr McFarlane was prompt seeing me; he was pleasant; listened to my symptoms and condition and all in all very helpful as this was my first visit after being hospitalized. My appointment was recommended by the hospital to keep him up to date on my condition.

Everyone was outstanding from the person who checked me in to the person who checked me out. I don't remember the front desk ladies who checked me in and out or my MA's name. Dr. McFarlane is always outstanding and explains everything to my acknowledgement.

Everyone was great. Gotta my appt very early, and I was able to get [ ] done before my appt. It was wonderful. Everyone was concerned about the distance I had to walk and 5hey stayed by my side until I made it to the [ ] for the testing
