My daughter was nervous/feeling shy and Dr. McDonald was so patient and helped her feel comfortable to share.

As always, excellent experience. I recommend this facility to my friends all the time. Dr. Frei is my daughter's primary but has been gone this last year, so we've been seeing Dr. McDonald. She is excellent as well. If our primary doesn't return we will switch to Dr. McDonald. Other staff is awesome as well.

This is only the second time that I’ve seen Dr. McDonald and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing her. I’m always a little hesitant bringing my children to see a new doctor, just with not knowing what to expect, and Dr. McDonald made us feel very comfortable from the moment she walked into the room! She was both knowledgeable and personable, and super sweet with my kids. She answered all of our questions and never made me feel rushed!

Although Dr. Macdonald is not our primary care physician, this is the second time that we've been fortunate to encounter her in an urgent care situation. She was excellent both times.
