The provider is excellent. When I read chart notes in patient portal, it is evident that Ms. McDermott lustens to me. My only complaint in turnover of provders. Every time a provider leaves the practice and we are assigned a new provider, we must start from scratch. With our current provider, Ms. McDermott, we feel that we are listened to, and not rushed.

We had gone through a very difficult time prior to meeting McDermott and was so relieved when we met her we couldn’t have asked for a better nurse practitioner/doctor we both left there feeling extremely grateful

I had to request an EKG. I am 65 and the last one I received was over 13 years ago which seems too long.
