What else would you like to say about your experience?
This was a difficult, disheartening and disappointing visit. I had hopes of a good visit because the nurse was so nice, but my experience with the doctor left me feeling unheard, not respected. I regret trying her out as a doctor and I wish I had known ahead of time. Now I have the stress of trying to figure out what to do to get the kind of care I need. I don’t have the money or time to just get any doctor that is out there. Also, while a smile and a friendly greeting from the doctor wouldn’t have been enough to make the other issues okay, it would have made me at least feel more at ease at a type of appointment where it is very difficult to feel at ease. More importantly, give me more of a say about my own health care. BJC as a whole has many good qualities, so i hate to say anything bad, but this was not a good experience for me

These people are amazing! Staff are always nice and helpful and Dr. McDaniel is the best. She listens, is concerned with things you present her with and takes action! She is the best!

Dr.Mc Daniel is excellent . Really good communication and explaining everything in details , answers all my questions and listens to all concerns . I instantly felt very comfortable and she takes her time . Highly recommended!

I felt like I was listened to and heard finally after years of not feeling heard or making me feel like I don't know my body. Thank you To all of you Dr McDaniel and all the wonderful staff

Dr. McDaniel listens carefully and clearly explains things. I feel so lucky to have been referred to her. She has really improved my quality of life.

Front staff was ok not as friendly as others in BJC
Was amazed that they found an appointment for a walk in at 230 that had a 11am appointment same day

I think Dr McDaniels is one of the absolute best. She always explains things and treats you with the upmost respect and kindness. I have referred her to my family and friends. I give her all gold stars

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr.McDaniel and the entire support staff were/are top notch. I’m thankful to have such great care. They are efficient, professional, caring and they show genuine interest in my well being.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Both Dr. McDaniel and her Medical Assistant made for an excellent medical procedure appointment. I did not have a long wait in the examination room. Their conversations with me, and how they conducted the procedure itself, were professional and empathetic. They made a concerning, uncomfortable situation into a positive experience. Thank you both!

All of staff and personnel are always great everyone knows me now and greet me before I get over to them, we laugh and get caught up with each other since my last visit
