Dr. McClintock goes above and beyond. She is ultra informative and is always looking for ways to provide superior service. For instance, I was requesting blood drawn for a possible copper exposure. She made sure of that I was informed on how my insurance might not pay and took the time to work out options. I’m happy to have her as my primary

I think Dr. McClintock is very special. She explains things. takes time. I never feel rushed. we can talk about anything and I get a clear answer. she explains things well. I really like her and feel comfortable going to her as a patient. thanks for asking.

Everyone was great! But I was really impressed by Dr. McClintock on explaining everything including X-rays and options and also allowing my son in Maryland to listen in to the conversation and ask questions. She also had me take a picture of my X-ray and send to him to see exactly what she was talking about! Very professional and compassionate!!!

Everyone I encountered upon entering the BJC Edwardsville Facility were helpful, compassionate, respectful & performed their jobs exceptionally well. Dr. McClintock was very knowledgeable, thorough & had an Excellent Bedside Manner. She knew my history & what my visit was for before entering the exam room. She never rushed through the appointment & definitely listened to my health concerns. I knew that she was truly genuinely interested & compassionate about my needs. Gave thorough Discharge Instructions & ensured me that I could call at any time with health concerns or updates. Assured me that it was ok for me to use the Portal Messenger to communicate with her & that was much appreciated since communication between my physician & myself is a #1 priority of mine.
