Lemetrice McClendon immediately started by making sure everything I had said still applied to my situation. Then asked questions and asked & answered my questions and then I needed to have a quick thing I had to do and she asked if I wanted to do it that day or come back. Very thoughtful on her part. I did it and she if someone analyzed it and told me she recommended another procedure. She was very nice and told me what it involved and asking me if I wanted to do it myself or if I would like her to do it. I knew I would not be comfortable doing it on my own so I asked her if she had time and she said Yes. So she did the procedure and stated if anything changed or got worse to call immediately. She is very good at getting things done, for sure. She asked if I had any other questions, etc and stated I would see results as soon as possible, which I did. I believe that Lemetrice is excellent at her job.

NP Lemetrice Mc Clendon was excellent in explaining my problems and finding a solution for it. I recommend this office and all of staff to everyone I know. Dr. Knowles staff are all excellent and all of staff are very accommodating with appointments and any situation that I need an answer for.

Nurse Lemetrice McClendon is very compassionate, caring , concerned , about my well-being she is very understanding to me as patient . I really appreciate that she takes time with her patients. Gives you her honest undivided attention. Is Awesome each visit I have with her. And (Catrina) Medical Asst. Very pleasant , friendly attended to my needs as well Kudos to her. Every visit an encounter I have with these two is an Amazing Dr. Office experience Thanks again Ladies .
