All the staff in this office have been outstanding from the front desk straight through to the doctor. I have never had such a comfortable experience in a doctors office, except at [ ] as I have experienced at Dr. [ ] office.

Lemetrice McClendon and Both her Medical Assistants that assisted me ..were very compassionate, friendly , caring an understanding to my needs and concerns , I appreciate thier kindness and helpfulness towards me . Very enlightening. Ms McClendon was particularly attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The exam was thorough and all my concerns were addressed with patience and clarity. She put me easily at ease with her homespun sence of humor which I shared. The medical profession could benefit with more like her on staff

Dr.MCCLENDON, LEMETRICE was great. She took plenty of time to talk with me and take notes. She made me feel very cared for and heard. I have been coming to this office for a few years and I always have good experiences. However this was my first visit with Dr.Lemetrice and I enjoyed it very much, she was very kind and caring. Thank you!

As a new patient, I forgot my insurance card, but the staff found a way to get my insurance information so that I could see the Doctor. I thought that they went out of their way to do that.

Lemetrice is a great provider! She listens and addresses my concerns, she always answers my questions and provides me with great resources. I feel extremely comfortable talking to Lemetrice when it comes to my health. Lemetrice is very professional, competent and caring. I would definitely recommend Lemetrice to friends and family. Keep up the good work and continue being a great provider we need more caring providers like her.

Where do I begin? Concern, caring, considerate, awesome listener, and great advisor.! That’s how I would describe Lemetrice McLendon. She will definitely be my lifelong doctor. I like how she listens to my concerns and feelings and directs me in the right direction for a better health. I wouldn’t trade it for anything way to go Doctor keep being you you are appreciated

McClendon the best!! Considerate concerned and took the time to listen to my fears and concern about my health.. she was upfront with me and told me all of my risk what I needed to do and how I could achieve better health I couldn’t ask for a better physician to take care of me five stars to the Doctor, I wouldn’t trade her for anything. She will be my lifelong doctor.

Just about everything was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and it was easy having my checkup done. It was also easy explaining an issue I had with my ear and they were very quick to have it checked and taken care of.

Mrs. McClendon was very thorough and asked relevant questions about my family history. She updated that information in the system which I am thankful for because going forward it is something that needs to be checked as a part of my physical.

The CSR at the front desk was very welcoming saying good afternoon the moment I walked in the door. The Medical Assistant was very kind and caring and took the time to make sure I understood her questions. The provider was very thorough and spoke to me in terms I could understand. Overall they all are exceptional!

After dealing with my OB/GYN with LPG on [ ], I did not have much trust with the entire LPG company. After going through a [ ], and feeling as if I was being pushed to the side and not being heard, McClendon’s kindness and validation brought back hope that there are still medical professionals who actually listen and care. Her MA is absolutely amazing and has a ton of compassion. Both of them make a great team. I hope they receive this review so they know that a small detail makes a huge difference and impact on their patient’s lives.
