Dr. McClendon took my issue seriously from start to finish. I had been extremely agitated in recent calls earlier tgat day. ARNP McClendon was able to see what I needed and reviewed my chart quickly, verified diagnosis without me having to go back into grave detain and assested my needs within minutes. She completed mu much needed paperwork and explained I would receive my disability paperwork within a few days by mail as she knew I was having difficulty driving. I since receive my paperwork and was able to pickup my disability tags the same day.

Our interactions were very professional, responses to my questions were to the point and based a good background of knowledge (I spent 30 years as a Professor, UF). Her assistant interacted with me and handled the drug script quickly. I liked the silent entries she made as the Dr. Described what she was hearing and observing me.
