I had to go for what I considered an embarrassing situation and she made me feel comfortable and I as I ask questions.She responded appropriately, used proper voice tone and smiled. I ask a ton of questions, so you understand my thankfulness for her candor

It was like she was in a hurry. I came because I don't feel good. Ant the subject of my condition is super embarrassing. I cried while talking to her and there was no empathy. I felt rushed. I left worse than when i came in
