The provider is excellent. I would refer him to anybody in my family or friends. However, getting it scheduled, they're very argumentative and it becomes problematic when you're trying to just get treatment. So the provider is excellent. Whoever does their appointments and such, not too good.

I was very impressed with Dr. Rasool as he is an EXCELLENT doctor! He definitely did his homework before my visit and could recall and discuss my medical history flawlessly from memory. Other doctors I have had are reading my history for the first time during the visit. I will definitely recommend Dr. Rasool to my family and friends. [PHI]

My wife and I had all our concerns addressed and answered in a frank and understandable conversation that summarized past and present conditions and laid out a plan for future treatment of future medical conditions.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They were most courteous and kind during my initial appointments and made me feel comfortable. They answered my varied questions about the side effects of my infusions. They helped coordinate my various appointments when I requested a change in time and location.
