Dr Albagdadi explained a scheduled procedure in a clear, concise way. This greatly added to my knowledge of the procedure (scheduled by another physician). I was then able to know the facts in such a way that the decision, while still extremely difficult, clear and concise.

Every employee of the institute with whom I had contact did an outstanding job!! This is my first ever visit to the institute and now I understand why it continues to receive the recognition and accolades it does Dr Albaghdadi is without question one of the finest doctors and one of the nicest gentleman I have had the pleasure of meeting!! I feel very blessed and grateful to have him as my cardiologist!!

He seems very pleasant, introduced himself, made eye contact with the patient. Seemed to have looked at record, asked appropriate questions, asked if patient had any questions and explained topics in an understandable way. Overall a very good first visit.

My wife and I were referred to Dr Albaghbadi by our primary care Dr [ ] and we couldn't be happier. Dr Albaghbadi had our records prior to our visit and was already familiar with our history. He was very concerned with our health and very thorough with our examinations always asking if we had any questions or concerns. My wife has white coat syndrome and Dr Albaghbadi made her feel at ease and we never felt pressured or rushed. It was a great experience for both of us and look forward to future checkups. I had felt indestructible until this [ ] situation. I have felt listened to, understood, counseled professionally until I understood my new normal and what is necessary for me to live long and well. The doctor Was very professional and thorough in his assessment of my condition. It was my first visit with him as a patient (He is my father’s cardiologist, and I attend to most of the appointments). He actually told me why I was there which clearly indicated he had reviewed my history prior to entering the room. I believe he’s truly an asset to NCH and to his profession.
