The Dr's were very personable and explained everything completely to us. Answered all questions until we understood. They didn't get in any hurry and stayed until we were completely satisfied with our meeting!

I have had two visits with this clinic so far and have been impressed with their efficiency. Both times, I was in the room a little before my actual appointment time, with the doctor in the room within 10-15 minutes.

The entire process from scheduling to departure was like a well-oiled machine. The nurse navigator called to make sure I didn't have any questions prior to my appointment, told me to arrive 1 hour prior for my labs. I waited minimally in the 5th floor lab, and was in a room by 2:45 for my 3:00 appointment. The nurse, provider and nurse navigator all made sure I had all the information I needed before departure, including a direct phone number for my Nuse Navigator. As a newly diagnosed cancer patient, the anxiety is already high. Since I know I will be spending a lot of time in this clinic in the coming years, I know I am in good hands.
