Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Mays was a breath of fresh air. This was my first visit and he listened to all my concerns and responded to all of them. He was friendly, not aloof like some doctors. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. I am very happy with him as my primary care physician

Absolute nothing. Most enjoyable dr visit I have ever had

Dr. Mays was SO generous with his time. My appt was just for a BP check, and Dr Mays spent at least 15 minutes reviewing my records and discussing next steps. I'm crazy about him!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Due to difficult last minute transportation issues I had to ask for my appointment time to be delayed by 30 min. Dr Mays was able to accommodate me 30 min later. I know this interfered with his lunch but he very kindly did this for me. Thank you

I’m so very thankful that my daughter suggested I change my primary Doctor. Dr Mays has proven to me that he is the best doctor. He’s thorough, polite, cares for patients, takes time to listen and is trustworthy. His staff is very friendly.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This is a very well staffed and well run office. From the receptionist, to the nurse to Dr. Mays, everyone you interact with is cheerful, kind, and professional. I’m so happy that my doctor recommended Dr. Mays to me when I needed a new primary care physician. The quality of care is terrific. My husband’s current primary care physician is retiring and I was able to get him established as a new patient with Dr. Mays. I know that he will receive excellent care as well.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Mays accommodated my request to get blood test done prior to our visit so we could discuss results in real time rather than after the fact. Appreciated this very much, and appreciate it also the fact that he has arranged for me to follow up with an ophthalmologist regarding some symptomatology I had discussed. We’ve only been together for the last two or three years, but I’m already impressed with his concern and expertise in managing my conditions.

Dr Mays, he was interested and had knowledge of all my recent conditions. I have confidence in his decisions and referrals. He is genuine, I'm comfortable talking with him about my concerns.
