It's a little early in our doctor/patient relationship to answer some of these questions after one introductory visit, but suffice it to say I was pleased with every interaction I had with this doctor and with the staff at Neurology Associates in Lumberton.

I have been coming to this doctor's office for numerous years and the doctor and the staff has always been excellent in the treatment, my care, knowledge, friendliness, making me feel welcome. I don't like using Wi-Fi, Internet stuff with my, and they are like, that's fine, whatever it works for you, do you need this, do you need that? Sending me notices to make sure that I make my appointments and go over my past, my present, and anything that might be looking towards the future for my care. Excellent. Ten stars all the way around.

I am an established pt. of Dr. Mathur and trust him w my plan of care. He provides a relaxing environment which I feel is important so the patient can truly express themselves and not feeling that Your 15 min visit iis up..I respect that quality along with his expertise in neurology. I feel he exhibits confidence when delivering his diagnosis or his response to your questions thus creating trust w my care and most importantly his knowledge

Dr. Mathur made the situation easy to talk to. He was very calm and accommodating and I felt like he was listening and he understood what I was saying and that he was concerned about what I was saying. So I always like going to him and talking with him in an easy way. That's something that you don't get with all doctors.

My blood pressure was elevated when I arrived. I had spent 20 minutes trying to find the office. I will not go to another appointment without first verifying the street address including #. Also this could have been avoided if Virtua had included this info in their appointment reminder.

Yes, Dr. Mathur is always wonderful. The entire staff is great. In fact, I even brought my girlfriend. She's transferring to him from her other doctor. So I highly recommend him. And I really like the fact that he listens to me and asks so many questions. Thank you.
