Courtesy, professionalism and satisfaction are 100% consistently. They should be proud of what they were able to achieve in a challenging environment

Everyone treated me with care and dignity. The team recognized when my needs were urgent and accommodated my needs quickly. Dr [ ], Maxine, and the team have all contacted me pre and post procedure to ensure I was ok. The surgical experience was second to none, Georgia, RN in pre op, RN's Ed and Jodi intra op, Dr [ ] and CRNA Dan, and PaCU nurse Glenda made me feel extremely safe. Everyone explained the process in a calm and clear manner that I never experienced anxiety or pain. I felt truly cared for. Dr [ ] met with me post surgically and called me 3 times that week to make sure I was ok. Maxine took amazing care of me in my [ ].
