Dr [ ] and his staff were excellent. Everything was extremely professional and efficient. The NCH staff at the hospital for my [ ] was also excellent. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend Dr Dounchis and his staff and NCH for this [ ] to everyone. I had [ ], which is scary but when you know you have a good team, it makes it much easier when you are confident in their abilities and skill.

Maxine is a highly competent Physicians Assistant she treated me as an individual to meet my specific needs, I sensed that she genuinely cared about me and quickly recommended a solution for my specific situation.
