He responded in a thoughtful way about the delay I experienced at the lab on May 27, 2026. This delay was because the lab order expired on May 26, 2026 and the doctor's office did not update the lab order before my May 28, 2026 appointment with Max Julien. A modified lab order was sent to the kab on May 27, 2026, but it was not complete. Therefore, I need to return to the lab for additional tests. It seems that the doctor's office should have checked to make sure the lab order was up to date before my May 28, 2026 doctor appointment.

This visit left me feeling brushed off like a "crazy little old lady". Considering the office is listed as an elder care specialty, I felt like I was a waste of time to them.

This particular appointment was great. It was a mid-day appointment, but I was brought into the room 5-10 minutes early, and Dr. Julien spent at least 15 minutes with me, was very attentive, answered all my questions, and was a great listener. I never once felt like he was "rushed" and had other patients to see.
