As a Healthcare provider, i was reluctant and unfamiliar with NPAs but I needled a timely visit. Most satisfactory visit.

An "I'm sorry" doesn't cut it. My time is as valuable as the PA's. If he couldn't be there on time someone should have told me. I asked at the desk after 20 minutes and she said she would look into it, but never got back to me.
