I choose to make appointments with Max for several reasons. He listened closely to what I had to say. He took notes and asked thoughtful questions. He explained his theory in a way I would understand. (I don't work in the medical field but I'm pretty familiar with medical terms. He never talks down to me.) I had several questions and he answered them thoroughly and explained his reasoning. I know that he will work with the entire team at Towsley, including my primary care doctor (PCP). I left the appointment with the feeling that I'm in good hands. .

Cared about my concerns and listened to me speak about my mother who recently passed away, he even took time to view my mom’s obituary that I had with me. My appointment was also very timely, on time.

The delay in getting to the actual exam was the main problem. Once started, it went well.

Max always listens carefully ..explains what is happening . Then gives a clear understanding at getting well. And how and what to do. When you have questions he sometimes can give options . Max is a great dr. Assistance.. I'm glad he with Dr kutus's team!!

I came in for a surgical clearance. My orthopedic scheduling nurse faxed form on Aug.29th. When I went to my appointment on Sept. 9th, office & PA said they didn't receive the form I needed which caused some extra time & confusion on everyones part. That was something I was not happy about.

Max was very kind and understanding and explained things so I could understand what he was talking about. I did not feel rushed. He made me feel like what I had to say was important. He is a very caring person! I was important. He is a great PA!

There are no restrooms in the waiting area except behind the locked door to the medical treatment area. I could have asked to be allowed through but it was not urgent.

Active listener, personable and patient, asked pertinent/probing questions regarding my symptoms and lifestyle, performed exam and ordered appropriate blood work, and provided various treatment options. Answered all of my questions in clear and understandable terms. I recommend PA Julien without reservation.
