I gave this during the last question about my experience. To reiterate, this provider was attentive to my emotional and physical needs, taking the time to understand my thoughts and implementing them in their choices. Exceptionally excellent was the way they included me in the chosen procedure plan: They took my autonomous choices seriously and assured that I would be happy with the plan. And I am!

Max was very thorough and thoughtful. Helped secure a quick result to my medical needs by recommending an "Urgent" status, which resulted in an appointment later that day that resolved my issue. Thank you Max!
