This visit left me feeling brushed off like a "crazy little old lady". Considering the office is listed as an elder care specialty, I felt like I was a waste of time to them.

He addressed my specific condition, was friendly and attentive, performed some extra checks to see if he could find additional information that might prove helpful in recommending treatment. He was also very affirming regarding my overall health condition (it's nice to hear positive feedback)!

It was a pleasure to meet him. I felt very comfortable. I was a bit concerned at first because I've only seen Dr. Jeung all this time but I wouldn't hesitate to have another appointment with Max Julien in the future.

This particular appointment was great. It was a mid-day appointment, but I was brought into the room 5-10 minutes early, and Dr. Julien spent at least 15 minutes with me, was very attentive, answered all my questions, and was a great listener. I never once felt like he was "rushed" and had other patients to see.
