Dr. Ruffy is a very professional, proficient, experienced, very knowledgeable and integral Otolaryngologist and doctor and on his profession!!He is trustworthy, very capable and efficient doctor!!He is very nice and very friendly also.He always gives me the best advices, suggestions and treatments if there are any.Dr. Ruffy cares about my general health as well and he told me how to perform daily exercises to keep my body in balance as a senior and how to keep up with a healthy life!!Dr. Ruffy will answer my other health questions and health concern and gives me excellent advices etc.

Dr. Ruffy was professional and warm. He understood my concerns and listened carefully. He offered 5 different treatment options and the ability to choose none/some or all. He looking into my nose and I could watch on the screen. He showed me and explained my problems.

Dr. Ruffy demonstrated competence and confidence in his ability to correct my sinus problem. He has a good 'bedside manner' and the day of surgery, he gave me reassurance that I'd do just fine because I was in good health. Very encouraging.

Dr. Ruffy took him time and explained my health concern. He has been my husbands doctor since 2014 and I always accompanied him to the appointments. Dr. Ruffy is a very caring professional and we are lucky to have him as our physician.
