Perhaps the office was busy that day, but I felt the doctor was rushing through my appt. She kept cutting me off when I was asking medical questions. She didn't seem to have patience that day.

My wife has Dementia which was on her chart but I feel like the Dr. had no idea. Her first question was "Why are you here today?" Offguard I responded "for a physical" She then informed us that she needed to get more info. before could conduct the physical exam?? How do we know your routine?? A little more "bedside manor" would have helped a lot I believe. We ultimately did get what we needed though.

The provider was not my regular doctor. She treated me as an outsider, not a patient of virtua. My husband is very upset too because I made a special trip not feeling well and it was a waste of time and money this doctor Maureen Keller does not care.

Dr. Keller stated that she could not see information from my heart doctor on MY Chart. I know it was there because I looked at it the day before. She was covering for my primary who was not there that day. She was very brief and in a hurry to get through it.

This was a senior wellness check visit. Adequate doctors but with sooo much screen time clicking the check list in front of them I felt disconnected from the experience. Almost like I could have done this visit with a phone call.

Dr. Keller is very compassionate and respectful of her patients, patient when questions are asked, very familiar with each of our specific needs, and very responsive when a renewal of a prescription or documentation is requested. I appreciate the care and attentiveness she provides to both me and my son who has significant special needs, is medically complex and fragile requiring individualized care. She understands his special circumstances and treats him as an individual which is vital for appropriate and optimal care.

I am so pleased with virtual health. Especially Dr. Keller. She is my new primary doctor and I was impressed from the first time I met her. She listens she understands and she gives options for going forward. She explained things in language I could understand.

I was able to schedule my appointment with the help of the staff at Virtua. Was able to discuss with my PCP my current medication needs and current medical conditions. I was able to obtain some guidance on treating some current medical conditions due to my allergies and the weather we have been experiencing.
