What could have been done to improve your experience?
I collected a urine specimen , could not get results until a currier picked it up due to weekend, not fault but a better system to get results quicker would be nice.

Great service. My nurse was so kind and made me feel so much better and at ease. She really cares about patients. My doctor was very thorough.

Overall, really disappointing experience. [Removing comment that disputes clinical judgement]. The nurse was very rude with my baby and did not attempt to gain his trust so he screamed the whole time. This experience was CRAP compared to our usual experiences with the pediatricians at alpena hosptial.
