This one goes above and beyond the rest, shes a doctor who wants to solve the problem, helping her patients is THE important driving factor. Thats why she is so good. She Will solve the problem and fix you. You can tell she cares by the quality of care you recieve. How lucky was i to get her when other doctors dont care or dont listen, 1 out of 3 heard and understood what a blight crusted scabies could be to all of alpena and treated me for this insane infestation.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
As a walk in at urgent care I was able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Tests given to determine what might be the cause of my symptoms made sense and were reassuring even thought they did not confirm the cause. The conclusions reached and advise given made sense and put me at ease. I would not hesitate to return for similar circumstances

Nothing good. Your immediately referred to the ER for even cold symptoms. Which defeats the purpose of an urgent care.
