Great service. My nurse was so kind and made me feel so much better and at ease. She really cares about patients. My doctor was very thorough.

Overall, really disappointing experience. [Removing comment that disputes clinical judgement]. The nurse was very rude with my baby and did not attempt to gain his trust so he screamed the whole time. This experience was CRAP compared to our usual experiences with the pediatricians at alpena hosptial.

This one goes above and beyond the rest, shes a doctor who wants to solve the problem, helping her patients is THE important driving factor. Thats why she is so good. She Will solve the problem and fix you. You can tell she cares by the quality of care you recieve. How lucky was i to get her when other doctors dont care or dont listen, 1 out of 3 heard and understood what a blight crusted scabies could be to all of alpena and treated me for this insane infestation.
