Dr. Bucciarelli always takes the time to sit and listen and discusses where the care plan is going.

Dr was great and all staff were polite. Medical assistant never introduced herself or ever really even looked at me. She was polite, but the personal touch seems to be missing. I prefer when the various staff introduce themselves and inform you of their role in your care.

The MA that check my b/p and took my history was very nice and pleasant. i forgot her name but she was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job. Dr B is always nice to see she know her stuff.
