Dr Shah is fantastic and all of his staff are great. I will most likely continue to utilize his services. What I don't like is how Virtua Health is robo calling my home at almost 8pm for automated chat bot conversations with an AI agent that doesn't even work...how does anyone at Virtua health think that's a good idea or that anyone has ANY interest in speaking to some AI slop agent after being at work for 8 hours? This made me feel genuinely angry at Virtua health.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Shah, it was a very informative and pleasant visit. He was professional and understood my concerns going forward. The Staff was kind and knowledgeable.

Virtua Gastroenterology and their employees are amazing. I have never been to a doctors office that was so kind and sweet to their patients. Upon arrival I was greeted by a receptionist named [REDACTED] (OA). She has an amazing personality and was very friendly. I felt as if I knew her my entire life. Whoever hired her picked a winner ? When [REDACTED] (MA) brought me to the exam room she immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Again I was so surprised how sweet and kind they all were. Then I saw Dr. Shah and I was very impressed with his knowledge of my medical history. He obviously had studied my records thoroughly. I was just amazed with everyone in this doctor's office. I cannot say enough good words about them... I just love this place and the people that work there. ? ??

The phone system when calling the office needs improvement it's so hard to get through and calls & messages should be returned more promptly.

All staff were impressive in their customer service and competency in doing their jobs. Dr. Shah was superb; he actually read the provider notes I brought with me to my consult. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I felt heard.

The nurses staff at the Willenborough office were amazing. I felt so comfortable, even though it was a little bit of an uncomfortable appointment. I thought they were very professional, very friendly, and excellent all around.

Hello, this was my first time visiting with Dr. Shah, the gastrologist, and he was a very thorough doctor. However, I was scheduled for a colonoscopy in the scoppy today, and the gastrologist's office failed to call the surgery center. So I got no calls about when I needed to show up. I had to do my own follow-up the night before. I called the surgery center first thing today, which was my surgery, and they didn't even have my name. The gastrologist's office didn't send over myself and two other patients until this morning. So that delayed my surgery procedure until 3 o'clock. So I, whereas I could have been earlier had they followed up and did what they needed to do to contact the surgery.

I was very happy to continue being a patient of Dr. Shah. I was with him when he was in Princeton and I'm intending to stay with him. I'm very happy with his understanding of my needs. He has a very good manner and he seems to be on top of everything that I need to have him on top of. So I have no complaints. I'm ecstatic that I found him again and I'm glad that he's with a very good system.

Receptionist in the front and medical assistant were extremely nice. The MA listened, communicate, professional and caring. I'm in the medical field and I can honestly say we need more people like her absolutely exceptional. Dr. Shah is great , professional and listens to what I need to say as it was a lot. Check out we'll she was not so nice as I asked her a question and seems as if it annoyed her. Not welcoming at all.

Dr. Shah was extremely thoughtful and thorough. The only recommendation I would have is that the clerical staff just introduce themselves. They're very kind and helpful, but nobody tells you who they are.
