My provider was outstanding. She would be the only reason I come back. The receptionist need training on how to greet people and smile. Also how to make people feel welcome.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Tidal Health Immediate Care facility. It started with the young lady who checked me in and continued throughout the visit. I highly recommend the entire office staff to anyone!
