Ms. Matthews didn't seem comfortable with my 6 year old son. Her lack of confidence made me uncomfortable. She seemed unable to discuss things with me and her only recommendation was to go to the ER for a lumbar puncture for my 6 year old. There was no discussion of other possible illnesses/viruses. It was hard to communicate with her.

The fault of lack of follow-up probably rests on more than one person.. it seems that better communication in the practice is needed.

Was my first interaction with her She seems nice, on the ball, easily accessed the info in my chart. I feel OK to continue w/her (do I have any other choice) and develop a relationship.

Great experience. Provider listened and did not make me feel rushed. I was able to get in for a new patient appointment in a day as a new patient appointment was urgent and needed to get in a soon as possible.
