Always an excellent experience from Kathy at the front desk to the office visit with Dr Taylor. Top notch.

Was there anything outstanding?
Dr. Taylor’s ability to not appear rushed during the visit was appreciated. There was no pressure to hurry through the interview or exam and he gave every opportunity to ask questions and participate in my care plan. It felt very collaborative in that respect.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I appreciate that he listened to my heart and lung sounds. The physical exam was brief, but I understand you can determine a lot by talking to someone.

Was there anything outstanding?
Some of the situation I found excellent was the fact that he really listened to me. He explained my health questions I had. He explained why I should or shouldn’t be taken off medication and how he would go about going forward. He assured me if I was concerned about something not right with me, call in and make an appointment! As patients would state” he had excellent beside manners. I just was very pleased with him in general!!!

Dr. Matthew Taylor, and the new Nicholls State University nurse graduate, Chloe, I would recommend to any of my family or friends.

As usual with Dr Taylor and his staff things went so smoothly, I can honestly say there is nothing I could recommend for improvement.

Everyone was great. They were very friendly and answered my questions and explained everything. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. He is a very good and caring doctor. I will be definitely referring him to my family and friends. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Great doctor they sit and listen to your problems you having then they move on to talk about the problem and run tests and say what can help and take there time and explain everything and very nice workers there. They make sure everything you went for was taken care of and always smiling faces and care about the patients from the front desk all the way to the rooms everyone is awesome there.

Everything was great they help every way they could to work around my work schedule with me having to bring my aunt to the doctor.

Im so grateful for Dr. Taylor’s knowledge, patience, and compassion. His calm bedside manner can calm any anxious feelings, and his ability to be simultaneously professional and personable during visits is truly amazing. Dr. Taylor is a rockstar and superhero bundled into one!!

Dr. Taylor is an outstanding provider. I love that he practices in both Thibodaux and Raceland. I have referred him to family and friends and he is their provider as well now. Nothing but great things!

As a new patient, Dr. Taylor was very personable and spent time getting to know me not only as a patient but as a person. He valued my opinions about my health and added his own expertise for my individual care. I would recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone searching for a family doctor in the Thibodaux area.

My visits with Dr Taylor are always excellent. He involves me in care decisions, explains all relevant health data and tries get to know me as a person. His plan of care is flexible and my lifestyle is taken into account when making it. I really appreciate not being talked down to and feeling like I’ve been heard when I leave an appointment. A++!!! Excellent!!!

Everyone was helpful and nice starting from making the appt with Sarah to check in with Kim and Tori ! I am very happy that I changed my Primary Care to Dr Taylor he answered all my questions and is thorough his MA Cathy and Katie were also awesome . The office manager Angela even came out to check on things! Amazing staff I will definitely recommend.

I was so impressed with the care and compassion he showed my daughter that I my husband see him also. I have been singing his praises to everyone about him spending time with his patients and really explaining everything.

Excellent patient care provided by Ms Cathy and Dr. Taylor. They are both very compassionate and have a great bedside manner. I am highly recommending Dr Taylor to everyone I come in contact with.
