Excellent doctor, his bedside manner is outstanding!!! He takes time to listen and answer questions. He did a procedure on me that improved my mobility tremendously!!!!!! Highly recommend this doctor!!

I’m just grateful that Dr. Sleziak is in Chelsea and provides the care I need when i need it. I don’t take that for granted!

Dr. Sleziak has always done a great job on my lower lumbar ablations. I appreciate his skill level to get me as close to "pain free" as is possible at this age. This is the first time he is managing me for everything vs. being referred by Lukasik. I hope I did a good enough job explaining what the process is for when my back flares and starts causing problems before the next ablation in November of 2024.

Dr. Sleziak and the attending staff are amazing! They are polite, personable and respectful. Dr. Sleziak is very knowledgeable and thorough in his practice. He actively listens to address all questions and concerns. I had a very personalized treatment plan with excellent outcomes. I highly recommend Dr.Sleziak and the Chelsea Pain Clinic.
