I will deinately retryrn to him. He ordered a prescrition for me when he got the test results in This was before I even saw him and he then added more. He was awesome at figuring out my drugs to make me pain free, till I could get my back surgery. I am sending my husband to him.

My appointment was at 5:00 the day before the fourth of July. He was in no hurry to get me out of the office. He even did several proceedures that he didn't plan on timewise. I'm so glad he did. It was the first time in over a year I was not in severe pain.

Dr needs to be more on-time to patient appointments. I thought him moving to a new practice, that this issue would be resolved. Being 30 minutes or more late is not acceptable. Missing work to be here and then waiting on top of that, doesn't sit well with me. Dr Sleziak has helped my hip and back pain some, I just wish we can find a better resolution.
