It was my first visit and I'm struggling with the fact of my health issue. So it's learning experience for dr treating deaf patient (me) with ASL interpreter. Dr needed to learn of the deaf's education/growing up back in 1940/1960 and upward years. Every deaf do not have great education back then than they have today. The staff also needed to be trained about deaf when doing anything for them. All staff of medical fields needed to be taught about deaf' ways and life of different ages.

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Doctor Orwitz. He took the time to explain a lot of different test results He was polite and patient and answered all my questions, and I actually have already recommended him to people in my family in case they should ever be in need of a neurologist. After having met him, I feel a lot more comfortable, knowing he will be the one doing my EMG.

Thank you Dr Orwitz for actively listening to my father. Thank you for troubleshooting his reported concerns about higher fatigue levels by something as simple as timing some of his medications differently during the day.

Doctor was very knowledgeable about my situation, discontinued a medication that was interfering my medical situation. Be was very polite and listened to me and my spouse and our son in the examining room.

Always excellent. I am blessed to have Dr. Orwitz on my team of medical providers! He listens and communicates with me, my family as needed and my other medical providers. He advocates for me when my insurance denies coverage for PT,OT needed post stroke. Any question I have, he explains and is genuinely concerned that he reassures me and that I have understanding of any current medical events, ie. His personal review of my recent hospitalization and the studies ordered. Dr.Orwitz has also taken time to respond to any phone call I have had to place to him concerning neurologic symptoms experienced. I'm very thankful knowing I can reach him if needed. Thank you for educating me and giving piece of mind. I appreciate never feeling rushed and his sincere care.

One staff member was a bit snippy with me but this is the first after more than a year being treated there....I told her I wasn't going to be able to do something because I was in pain and as I said she was snippy .....ie: jump up on exam table or scale,or anything else involving limber movement....if I tell you I can't that should be the end of it...it's not like I have refused the whole time...

My visit with Dr. Orwitz was excellent. He knew my history. I brought my updated papers and films, which he already had and had looked at. And we went into, the only thing I really had to tell him was some of the really fine details of what's going on since my meningioma in 2015. He was very responsive and accepting and listened to my comments and seemed to really accept them and deal with them and understand what I was telling him. So he was a good listener and a good communicator. Thank you.

The nurses were rude and disrespectful. I waited one hour to see the doctor. I found out from the doctor he saw 2 patients with later times than my appointment . The nurses never told him I was waiting I will never go back to the Marlton office

I drive approximately 1 hr to see this physician and his team. Well worth the drive. They are very caring, professional, knowledgeable and are familiar with my medical history. During visit you feel like you are the primary focus. Thanks for being there.

This was my first time seeing Dr Matthew Orwitz as I had to change the provider who was treating me for the past six years. I was very nervous about changing provider for my diagnosis. I was very pleased with Dr. Orwitz. He was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis, my medication's, did a complete physical and had wonderful bedside manner, For my first time there, I felt very comfortable and I do trust him and I'm very happy that I was referred to him. I will continue to have him as my provider. He was wonderful!

The staff from check-in until visit was very friendly, courteous, and very mindful of my time. Upon meeting the doctor, I was able to have a very honest conversation with him where he took my concerns about my care very seriously. And I respected the fact that he was educated in the field and took my concerns into consideration. We worked on a plan together and he was very, very informative, very patient, and very commendable to be approachable with my concerns. So he worked with me instead of, you know, just suggesting certain things. He took everything that I had to say into consideration, which was really respectable.
