Yes, I was very satisfied except when I went home I called them back and asked for me to please call me back in reference to the medication they'd prescribe for me and I never got a call back.

I had a very difficult time trying to follow up the next day with questions that I had... I didn't know who to call or contact and when I tried, I was on the phone with a "navigator" who said they would send a message... which they did, but I wasn't sure how to get the answers I needed. I finally wrote to my doctor on MyChart... would be good to leave with instructions how to contact the provider who saw you that day .

My Dr looked through all of my records to see if he could find x-rays of my spine to compare it with today's x-rays. He had to have done quite a bit of search to find anx-ray that includedmy spine. I am more than impressed with this Dr. Please thank him for all his hard work. He did on my behalf. I am forever grateful.

Receptionists weren't informed (or trained) enough to provide last name of the Surgeon Assistant I was seeing for Pre-surgery. Said they "weren't allowed" to give last names. Pointed to their name tags & said "everyone is known only by their first names". I said as a patient I had The Right to Know the full name of the Professional I was seeing. The response I got was that it was up to them to decide IF they wanted to give it to me! Seriously? If this is the Policy I find it, Unsettling! If not, then the Receptionist need Training!

I came to you the day after I went to Rothman Urgent Care....I did not enjoy the experience.....your PA was incredible! Extremely thorough....and genuinely cared about my condition! A great guy in general. Also, the physical tests for range of movement were NOT done at Rothman. He also set me up for a return appointment to check on my progress. Would definitely recommend!

Hello, my name is [REDACTED]. I have to say that the doctor who was waiting on me, who attended to me, was very knowledgeable, very professional. He listened to everything I said, very patient. I'll be honest, I wish all physicians was as nice as this doctor. Very patient. I've had some physicians in the past, not even five minutes I'm with them, they're out the door. I don't like that. This particular position was not like that at all. Yeah, I give them an A+. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Recon Ortho since 2023. This group of doctors, np's and office staff are top notch. I'm so happy I decided to go with this practice. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody who needs orthopedic care.
