He listened and explained why my treatment options were limited. We agreed I could take some time to see how things progressed and we could revisit this after a few months.

He listened to me even when my responses and symptoms didn’t match what he saw in initial exam. He took the time to exam me further to ensure I will receive the correct procedure.

I would have liked a little more information from the audiologist but that might not have been the appropriate time as I was seeing the ENT directly afterwards.

I feel like he rushed through the appointment & didn’t listen to what was going on. I just don’t understand why they can’t release pressure in your ear when they can do so much other things. Especially when it’s affecting my left ear with only able to hear 1/2 the amount.

Dr. Pogodzinski was not the doctor I had worked with on my ENT issues. He stood in for my regular ENT so that my surgery could be completed. Nice of him to do so!

The doctor was extremely patient, did a great job at listening, suggested next steps. All of that was 5 stars. However, I didn't get a diagnosis, my severe debilitating condition wasn't taken as urgent, and I left clinic without resolution.
