Dr. Mullen and the clinic staff are amazing! So professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and really seem to care. The nearest outside desk you report to to check in however, the lady isn't friendly unfortunately. Even if you politely smile and say hello, you get a frown from her. Everyone inside the clinic doors though, incredible!! Couldn't be better!

My Dr. and the entire staff were patient, thoughtful, concerned, and succeeded in making my visit a pleasant one. They were all knowledgeable on the varying departments. Even if they were not dedicated to caring for me, they were kind and answered questions I had and gave directions and instructions. I am greatly appreciative of this.

Wait time. The attention Jan (nurse gave through triage) and Dr. Mullen spends quality time with is, answering all of our questions and planning care with other providers (e.g. our pulminologist, etc.).

Dr. Mullen has always seemed to genuinely care about finding out what is wrong and working towards a solution to manage my condition. I suffered for years not knowing what was wrong with my body, and he was the 1st physician that identified my condition and offered treatment options. He always answers any questions I have, listens to my concerns, and doesn't ever make me feel like my concerns are irrelevant. I am very thankful for his care and expertise.

Dr. Mullen, his nurse and the pharmacist continue to impress me with their clinical care and management of my treatment plan. They take my concerns into consideration and listen to/answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed which is incredibly important to quality care.

Dr Mullen and his staff are very understanding and sympathetic to their patients. I have never had a bad experience and the wait time, there is none. The longest I have ever waited in the lobby never exceeded 20 minutes. I wish others were as blessed as I am, to find a physician who actually cares and will not “give up” on his patients.
