Dr Puc put me at ease right away . He was kind and compassionate . He was very informative and went in detail so that I would understand his approach to my treatment. HIs assistant was also very helpful and patient.

My appt was originally scheduled for 3pm. They changed my appt without my knowledge to earlier in the day. Thankfully I was notified via my chart 2hrs prior to new appt time or else I wouldn't have known. When I got to the office, they did show in their records that someone called and advised me of time change and received my consent...NOT TRUE. Also, I had called the day before my appt and left message with answering service because the office wasn't available. No one called ne back. I called the day of my appt when I saw the time changed and called office. Answering service said office not available and took message. When I came in for appt I was told the answering service wasn't turned off for that morning as well as the day before. Unacceptable customer service.

The young lady who was the doctor's assistant was very helpful, understanding, and Dr. Matthew Puc was extremely polite and very informed with my problem diagnosis and was very helpful and hopeful. I was treated with courtesy and everyone I that assisted me, listened to me and answered questions. Dr. Puc explained the results of a test and included me in the next steps for future care. The entire team sets a high example of how patients should be treated. Virtua is lucky to have this team.

Dr. Puc was recommended to me by TWO local doctors near me in Mt. Laurel, Dr. [REDACTED] (Radiation Oncology) and Dr. [REDACTED] (lung biopsy performed at Virtua-Marlton). I considered radiation treatment for my stage 1 NSCLC LUL mass. Lung surgery with Dr. Puc at Virtua-Marlton is my choice.
