I am extremely impressed with Matthew’s care of my health. We have live in Portales since 1982 and I can actually compare his love, compassion and his knowledge to the founder of this clinic, Dr. Lonnie Alexander knowledge! Thank you Sir. glad you are in Portales!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Communication between myself and his staff. Thanks to Prisma and Matthew for sending me correspondence through mail. When I have called RGH clinic either my calls get cut off or Matt or Prisma do not receive my messages . Compliments to Natley and Hannah! They are the most reliable and kind persons answering the calls.

Matt Laumbach found the stone in my liver duct through an examination and a CT scan he ordered. I was sent by ambulance to UMC Hospital in Lubbock from th RGH ER. I had emergency surgery on my liver at UMC. I am grateful for Matt Laumbach's diagnosis at RGH Clinic.

Dr Lumbaugh is very nice and friendly. He is an excellent doctor. RGH should give him a raise based on merit. He deserves it.

Nothing else was necessary. In fact, the assistant even brought me a blanket. It was very appreciated.

1. The front clerk and PA were courteous and helpful. Dr. Lambach was excellent. 2. I really like that I can pay any money I owe from the last visit immediately when I pay my co- pay.

It was a morning visit and the overall time spent in the office was nice. It was also the first time in a long time infelt like the doctor wasn't rushing to see me.

This was my first visit to the Clinic and the Hospital. Both visits were very good. The website and online account building and check-in tools worked seamlessly. The emails and notifications were well designed and easy to understand. Austin, Matt, Sierra, and the tech who did my blood draw (my apologies I don't recall her name) were all wonderful; cordial, attentive, and professional. The facility was clean and well lit, the chairs were comfortable and the way-finding signage was easy to follow. Also I appreciate that the intercom and "now serving ticket number..." was not too loud. I was really impressed. RGH is a great facility with a great staff and a blessing for our community.

I enjoyed talking with Austin as he completed the preliminary tasks. Matt helped me understand the process for getting a second opinion. Chris called within 24 hours to let me know a referral has been submitted for me and that I can call about getting an appointment as soon as I get the written notice of the referral.
