Incredible Primary Care Physician, very fortunate to be under Dr. Kohlenberg's care. Attentive, never rushed, always willing to listen to any concern or medical question and offer timely, sound and valued advice regarding care and follow up. The entire team at Trinity Health Plymouth Office has been amazing, from check-in, to office visit to check out and anything in between. Thank you very much again for the great experience.

Dr. Kohlenberg is a patient's dream doctor! He listens attentively, comes to every visit prepared with your data and is very knowledgeable. I have NEVER felt rushed but have always known he will give me his full attention and guide me in my health care. He deserves 10 stars!
