I came in with hand and higher thumb pain and he informed me it was a wrist sprain and gave me instructions to work on it. Looking at my notes online he marked me 'fatigue'. No one ever asked and I was NOT fatigued. In fact on HRT and feel great! Also looks like he checked for chest and lungs and not once did he or the assistant use a stethoscopes so not sure how they could say that was clear. The assistant made comment I'm not seen much but explain anytime I ask about anything he tells me to reach out to Maryann McCorkill since I see her for my diabetes so useless for me to come when he won't discuss health with me. My insurance tier is changing in January and not sure if he will be on my list as not all St Luke's is listed for me. But looking to change as he gives poor office visits and then doesn't listen. Xrat tech took pick of hand after I explained where I hurt because he said he was told wrist. Dr C just doesn't seem to listen and just going through the motions.

Dr. C is nice enough but he spends very little time examing me. It was my annual and all he did was check my breathing and heart rate. He ordered the tests I wanted but nothing else. I have thyroid issues and he didn't check my neck for thyroid size. He spent 5 minutes tops in the room with me.

Dr Cianciolo was a wonderful physician. He was using the new AI program; he asked my permission and let me agree to use it with him. It was so great having eye contact with him throughout the visit. While the visit did not take that much time in terms of minutes, I felt he truly listened to me and gave me all the time I needed. He seemed very knowledgeable and could answer all of my questions easily. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
