Dr. Gordon is obviously a kind, caring man, and that means a lot while I'm dealing with such a long term situation of not being able to fall asleep at night. I do appreciate being his patient after another doctor didn't seem to understand my sleep issue.

Everyone is very professional including the front desk and Dr Gordon's nurse assistant. Dr Gordon knows my health without looking at the chart. I was Dr Gordon's patient at Temple Lung and followed him to Virtua. He is the only doctor that can control my severe asthma. I highly recommend Dr Gordon.

Dr. Gordon speaks to you in a way that you can understand. He doesn't talk over your head and he was very good. And it was so good that the person with me is actually going to contact him for her doctor.

Front desk, when we were checking in, did not acknowledge that we were there. They continued to have their side conversations and laughing back and forth, which is acceptable to a certain extent. But they should be a little more mindful of their side conversations that they're having at the front desk while they're treating with the patient. Apart from that, medical system was great and doctor was great.

The provider was perfect. The nurses was perfect. The front desk. They're very, very nasty and not friendly.i hate doing a check in there.

I experienced the most friendly staff. All were so kind and explained every detail about what to expect throughout my examination. They explained the procedure, and demonstrated the proper way to do what was required. I was quite impressed, because the nurse who tested me in that "space capsule" actually mimicked along with me, the exact way to do the test!

Hi, Dr. Gordon has been my doctor for quite a few years at Temple Long and now at Virtual. I trust him so much. When I first went to him, I was totally out of control with my asthma. He has tried so hard and he has brought me totally under control. I highly, highly recommend him. He actually really cares about his patients. Thank you.

Dr. Gordon makes you feel relaxed at every visit and it doesn't feel like you're being rushed. Explains everything to you which is great.

I was allowed to come in to an appointment that I had scheduled and when I was at the appointment, when I got to check in, they notified me that I had come in and they did not have my results tested yet. I would have to reschedule and come back. I came back because somebody called me and said that my appointment needed to be made at ASAP because the doctor needed this oxygen. It was urgent. When I got there, I was there for five minutes and it could have been a telecall instead of an in-person call. I wound up having to take a day off of work for a five-minute appointment of just needing to check in.
