Kia was instrumental in helping me regulate my breathing and talking to me when my heart rate shot up. My heart rate shot up because I started yawning and I started thinking my brain may not be getting enough oxygen The person who was taking the images came over. She Informed me that my heart rate had shot up and asked me "what had I been thinking about" to cause this increase in my heart rate She said if my heart rate didnt go back down they would not be able to finish the test I know that I needed to be apprised of the situation, but the way she said it actually increased my anxiety and wasn't helpful. BUT then Kia came to my side and in a very soothing, calm manner said we were going to work together to bring the heart rate down and she knew I could do it. Her words and manner made me feel like I could do it And I was successful in bringing my heart rate back to a much lower number. Kia remained right by my side. and I regained my confidence . I Im grateful she was there, and had an ability to reassure me in a believable manner.

Dylan was a sweetheart too.

Dr Fata is knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Fata knows that he knew nothing about my father's case and he did not provide any good information that he needed for after surgery. All of the information he provided was absolutely the opposite of what the surgeon of the surgery provided to my father. So the overall experience was very bad.
