Dr Counihan was very helpful in understanding and diagnosing my health situation concerns. I will see him again with follow up and he made sure I knew that seeing him again about this situation would be readily available.

I think like the question asked, I did a little bit long, I think, but that's fine. Like any patients, I think we would like the doctor to talk a little bit more. But this doctor said very clearly with my questions. I asked two or three questions. But anyway, more explanation probably is better or can be considered as improved. Okay, thank you. Bye.

I thought this provider was very good and I was just wondering, are there new breakthroughs in orthopedics? Because I'm not a candidate for operation and I was wondering if there's new breakthroughs that maybe doctors don't know about. That's what I was interested in knowing. Anyway, and then I'm going to come to the doctor again. I'm going to have another appointment with him. I already got the appointment, so I'm going to come again. And the doctor was very good. I liked him very much. Okay. Thank you.

Your orthopedic specialist office is incredible. Your front desk people are polite and friendly and answer all questions and make you feel heard. The doctors and their help, they are very nice. They're patient. Dr. himself is excellent and was beyond what I expected. He went beyond your whole office goes above and beyond all expectations and I really, really love this office. Thank you.

It was an excellent appointment. The doctor was great. His PA was great. They explained everything. I felt very comfortable with them. And I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor in regards to the knee.

I thought Dr. Counihan and his staff were excellent. They took time to listen, evaluate and offer recommendations. He even answered a question my husband had about himself. I would have no problem referring Dr. Counihan to friends in the future.

Upon arriving 10 minutes early for my appt,, there was a 4 person queue to check in with the sole open check-in station. There was no mention that my Dr was running late. I intentionally booked a slot post lunch to minimize delays. Twenty minutes after my 2:30 appt, I had not been called so I approached the desk. I was told Dr was running late due to an ER call in the am and I had several people ahead of me. I finally had my 5 minute appt 40 minutes after my scheduled time. I understand the doctor needing to attend to an emergency, but with all the technology you have- app and phones- for something known in advance surely you could have texted or phoned patients to warn them to come 15-20 minutes later? So 6-8 people's afternoons were messed up because you don't respect patients to warn them of a delay in one doctors schedule. That is so wrong and disrespectful. On top of that I had called at 12:30 to check if I could come earlier and could have been warned then!!! I hate going to Fromm rd and this experience didn't help.

I was seen more than an hour after my appointment time and I was there 15 minutes prior as expected. My time is valuable, if the Dr is running late text to let me know so I can reschedule my day.

I was told to arrive at 8:00a for a 9:00a CT Angio. I was not called until 9:15a. At 9:00a, I asked the receptionist if there was a problem. She said that she had no idea why I was told to come at 8:00a. Very frustrating. My doctor was great.

The provider, Dr. Counihan, was very thorough and very kind, but I did have trouble getting support from the staff outside of the provider. After my appointment, I had an x-ray and then I walked out with my script and I had a question about my physical therapy script. No one was at the front desk, even after I waited five or more minutes. I ended up having to go back into the back area and ask a physician assistant to help me because my physician wasn't there, the student with him wasn't there, and it was unclear who I should be talking to for help. Not really feedback on the provider, but wanted to share feedback on the office experience. Thank you.

The visit was easy to schedule and timely for my concerns. Dr. Counihan listened to all my issues and offered various courses of action which and we mutually agreed on next steps. I would highly recommend him

I really appreciate the time he spent with me and answering/explaining all my questions and concerns. He never made me feel rushed to get my concerns out as I have had other doctors do in the past. That is so important to be able to fully communicate all of your concerns and questions and I walked out of there feeling very happy and immediately told my family what a great experience I had. I live over an hour away from this practice but I continue to come back here for my orthopedic needs because of my experience with these doctors and staff.
