Was there anything outstanding?
The calmness of the whole staff , and communication with the RNs and anesthesiologist ( and everyone else ) from check in to discharge helps greatly to reduce the anxiety , I appreciate everyone the staff that mops floors and wash sheets to Dr Brown and administration for for keeping it running . Thank You.

I had an excellent experience during my surgical procedure, and I am incredibly grateful for the entire team involved in my care. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was professional, compassionate, and attentive. They took the time to explain each step of the process, which helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable and well-informed. The nursing staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, consistently checking in and responding quickly to any needs. The surgical team demonstrated exceptional skill and confidence, which gave me a great sense of trust and reassurance. I truly felt like I was in the best possible hands. What stood out most was the kindness and genuine care shown by everyone—from check-in to recovery. It made a potentially stressful experience feel calm and supported. I deeply appreciate the dedication and teamwork displayed, and I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding care I received.

Yes, EVERTHING WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!. WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT IF PRIMARY CARE DOCTORS WOULD FINALLY REALIZE THAT EXCELLENT CARE IS AVAILABLE IN SEARCY AS OPPOSED TO ALWAYS WANTING TO SEND YOU TO LITTLE ROCK !!!!

The entire experience was excellent: instructions on what to expect and care from staff at all times and the attention to details, kindness and all over experience in surgery with Dr Brown and his surgical team was excellent! Thank you!!

I felt like I was listened to and that my concerns were addressed. Both Dr Brown and the nurse made me feel comfortable. Before the surgery he explained what he was going to do and why. He also made sure I understood what he was doing during the surgery and also made sure my pain level was addressed. Both he and the nurse were very professional.

I am completely satisfied with how I was treated. The office help were also very professional.

Dr Brown and the whole care team were wonderful. I had excellent treatment, I was very happy with the choice of anesthesia, and one nurse, ( Christa? I hope I’ve got the spelling right) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy. Thank you everyone.

Dr. Brown was outstanding. He listened carefully to my concerns about a previous colonoscopy done by a doctor in a different city, took me seriously, and treated me with respect. I would recommend him to anyone for his excellent skills, method of diagnosis, and trust inspiring manner. Krista and Jessica went above and beyond in their careful treatment. Krista was super friendly and helpful. She made the prep time as pleasant as possible.

Everything was great, from the speedy Admissions, to the personal tour guide that brought us to the nurse, to the procedure, to the recovery, to the discharge. An exemplary experience.

Nurses went the extra mile to make me feel calm and well informed! Also my IV nurse Jordan was awesome!! One stick!! Didn’t feel a thing!! Thank you to both my nurses for caring and helping me to feel at ease!!
