EVEN THOUGH DR BILLS WAS DEALING WITH EMERGENCY PATIENTS ON THE DAY OF MY VISIT, HE WAS UNRUSHED, PRESENT AND THOROUGH DURING MY EXAM. I LEFT FEELING WELL TAKEN CARE OF.

Dr. Bills worked very hard at trying to accommodate testing my eyes as I have Kyphosis and my chin is down on my chest. Cannot look up very well.

I saw Dr. Bills for the first time as a walk-in emergency, early in the morning. I am a brand-new scleral lens wearer having been fitted by my doctors in Phoenix 3 days prior. The very first time I inserted them myself, I was unable to get them out. By the time we got to his office, they had been in my eyes for 19 hours. My wife & I were in a panic. Dr Bills reassured me & explained that we did not have the right tool for removal. Then he quickly demonstrated how to remove them, gave us several of the removal tools, examined my eyes and reassured me that there was no eye damage. He was superb.
