I want to thank Dr. Hanson for his expertise and the way he handled my case. I wasn't his patient in the very beginning, but he accepted me graciously and medically and professionally, and I think he's a great doctor, and I'm just thankful that he has my case and that I can go to see him and get excellent care.

Dr. Hanson is an extremely talented doctor, surgeon. I would recommend him highly to anyone. He explains everything very easy to understand and he's an excellent surgeon. I am very glad I was referred to him.

I waited two hours for my appointment. My appointment was at 3:30. I was seen past 5:30. Also, the girl in the front desk looked like she didn't want to work there. She wasn't friendly and she was leaning back, almost lying on her chair in the front desk. Not a good look for the office.

Dr. Hanson was thorough, professional and had full knowledge and recollection of our last visit (which had been the very first time he saw me). We had a good conversation about my ear issues and I walked away feeling heard and received good information to move forward. Thank you.

It was my first experience with an ENT and had to wait for one hour to meet him. After spending almost two hours in total, I still am not sure what is going on with me.

Dr. Hanson was a great doctor. He informed me of and diagnosed me correctly. The wait time was the issue. I waited over an hour for my appointment. It'd be nice if the staff was aware of the people in the waiting room and inform them of additional wait times. But the actual visit with the doctor himself was a 10 out of 10. Thank you.

You have to improve the waiting list because I have three hours and a half waiting for my appointment to see the doctor and that is insane.

I was very impressed with Dr. Hanson. It was easy to get an appointment, find out whether or not he took my insurance. Also, he explained everything to me so that I could understand it, which is very important to me. When I left, I felt very confident that I had a very good examination.

I was super satisfied. I got excellent care. Everybody showed kindness, caring, and they're all smart, especially Dr. Hanson. He was great. Didn't rush me. He's the best doctor I have gone to in a long, long time. And his office staff is wonderful. And all the girls that had anything to do with my care, everybody was wonderful. It's fabulous. I'm still working with them.

Dr. Hanson is a superior physician. However, unfortunately, his Reception team was unengaging and I waited two hours and 15 minutes and had to ask finally after an hour and a half. The Reception team seemed pretty uninterested in interaction with any of the patients.

Dr. Hanson has a great bedside manner and detail oriented with explanations. But the wait to see the doctor at the office appointment was a bit excessive. Hopefully, any future appointments should be better with shorter wait time. I had a good first impression of Dr. Hanson and will make annual check up appointment.

I waited approximately two hours past my 10 o'clock appointment time. That was very frustrating to me, and thank God I was there with my daughter to break the frustration that I had.

While a long-tenured patient with the practice, this was my first visit with Dr. Hanson. He was very professional and caring. He listened to my (long) information and gave me good feedback (and a likely root cause of the issue I was experiencing). That alone lessened my stress level 10-fold.

I waited over an hour to see the doctor and then found out that the 2 people ahead of me also waited as long to be seen by the doctor. There was no explanation nor apology for the delay. I was about to leave when I was finally called in to see the doctor. Then I was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes to get a pre-scheduled hearing test. It was supposed to be at 11:30 but it would not happen until 1pm. That was the last straw for me. I was not waiting around any longer. Rescheduled the hearing test to next week and I hope that there is no wait at that visit, or I am done with this physician.
