I was very impressed with the facility and even more so with Dr. Austin and his assistant Kayla. They were very friendly and professional. They answered my many questions and I felt like I had enough time with them to understand everything and wasn't rushed. The facility was very clean and inviting. All of the staff were very polite and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

I love the new facility, and I was treated with respect and patience and kindness by the x-ray staff, and Dr. Austin is truly a wonderful doctor and I trust him implicitly and have and will continue to recommend friends and family to his practice.

This was my first visit to HSS, Midland. I have to say HSS, by far, is better than ANY provider I've ever been to. The facility is spotless; You know you're at a special place when you're greeted by men wearing jackets and ties. The staff, from sign-in through the PA interview, were pleasant and respectful. Dr.Austin was thorough and explained the process in layman's language. Follow-up information was sent to me immediately by email.
If only my upcoming surgery were this easy!

Dr. Austin was highly knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to assess the subjective symptoms and provided a comprehensive evaluation with detailed imaging and physical exam to evaluate my knee. I highly recommend both him and his PA Kayla!

This was awesome the staff and Dr. Austin were very nice Dr.Austin gave great advice and recommendation on what I should do I have already told all my friends with arthritic problems to come to HSS I wish I would have come when I was first diagnosed with Arthritis.

My entire process for surgery and rehabilitation provided was an excellent experience. Every person I spoke to was so nice and helpful. Dr. Austin was professional and caring. All my questions were answered and Dr. Austin made me feel so much at ease.
