I was so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and patient centered care from both Kayla, the PA and Dr. Austin. I feel like I have a very good understanding of how to manage my issue in the short term and the long-term. They were both phenomenal.

Kayla the PA is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I've recommended Dr. Austin to someone; she was pleased that he told her she doesn't need surgery. He's honest. Forthright, but in a very nice way.

Dr. Austin inspires confidence. He engaged me at every step of the process with respect, courtesy and understanding of my condition. He explained both procedures (total knee replacement, partial knee replacement) clearly along with pros and cons of each.

Dr. Matt Austin was a true professional, he was quite informative, and answered all my questions and concerns, he was warm, friendly, with a great sense of humor. I recently had a consultation with Dr. Matthew Austin regarding a possible knee replacement. After carefully reviewing my x-rays and MRI, he determined that I did not need knee replacement surgery at this time.
I truly appreciated his honesty and conservative approach. Rather than recommending surgery unnecessarily, he took the time to explain my condition clearly and discuss alternative options. I felt heard, respected, and confident in his assessment. It is reassuring to find a surgeon who prioritizes the patient’s best interest over performing a procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Austin to anyone seeking an honest, knowledgeable and caring orthopedic evaluation.
