This was my first visit ever. All went well. One suggestion. Print out the info from the visit regarding what the patient is to do; i.e.,[ ]. Matt was extremely thorough. Michelle at the front desk was helpful beyond belief. The nurse assistant, sorry I didn't get her name, was patient, kind, and helpful. GREAT staff!!

We met initially when I went to the [ ] for [ ] that seemed to travel to my [ ]. He was, to my delight, very knowledgeable in my medical history as regards my [ ]. He presented a plan that made sense and suggested possible ways to alleviate the [ ], including an [ ]. The reason for the [ ] is to determine, as he suggested, that the [ ] is perhaps a [ ]. The [ ] is to be done this [ ]. His conclusions were very well thought out so he did encourage my confidence in his conclusions.

Matt Meagher and the whole team at the NCH HSS Fracture Center were OUTSTANDING! I can’t say enough about Matt, Kristin the nurse, Michelle the receptionist, Louis and the xray tech (can’t remember her name). Even though I have a broken ankle, they reassured me and gave me excellent care. Please thank them all!
