Michael Meagher reviewed the [ ] and assistants notes before coming in to see me. He had pictures of the [ ] he recommended to use at night and a picture of the [ ] that he suggested I wear during the day. I was most impressed with his demonstration of using a step to increase the tension on the [ ] as an exercise to stretch my [ ].

I thought Matt was Fabulous and spent the time with me with my medical issues and recommended the proper treatment for my condition & my [ ]. I was beyond impressed starting when I opened the door and entered the facility to when the door closed behind me after being treated. Every single person that I encountered was professional and treated me with empathy. They cared about my discomfort and wanted to help in every way. I was seen promptly, unlike so many clinics and doctors offices these days. Th entire process was efficient without limiting the time the medical professionals invested with me to fully answer questions about the treatment and meds. I highly recommend NCH Medical Group Ortho!

Dr Matthew was exceptional. He was kind, caring, patient and very knowledgeable. He took his time with me and explained everything and thoroughly answered all my questions. He is an outstanding asset to your Group! I also appreciated Kris she also took her time with me and I could tell she really cared I wasn’t just a number. The receptionist too have been friendly and efficient. Great Group I Would Highly Recommend!

From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, EVERY single person that I had contact with was OUTSTANDING. With all of the physicians, offices and radiologist I deal with due to other medical issues, this office surpasses all of them. Now that is OUTSTANDING.

The PA Matt was one of the best I have come in contact with. unfortunately, I spend too much time in the doctors office and I can tell you he is one in a million. His upbeat personality makes a person feel good and he really listens and talks to you. I will be seeing him again if I need too.

Mark was excellent. He really knows and explains everything well the x-ray technician was very good. The girls at the front desk were great. Everybody made you feel at home and very comfortable. I definitely will go back there again.
