Dr. Haywood was on vacation over the holydays which delayed my ability to get an appointment. This is not a complained since the man deserves his vacations.

Dr. Heywood was my provider, but Dr. Ball is my actual physician. They both are terrific. Dr. Heywood was kind, informative, a good listener & offered the follow up he felt was right for me. Dr. Ball wasn't available when I called in. Dr. Heywood had time to see me. I will surely pass my good experience to others. Please see that he gets an 'atta boy'. Thank you,

I had an injury that needed follow by my primary care. I was able to get in very quickly and dr Heywood did a great job explaining what my symptoms were and fit me with a proper size boot to support my injury.
