Dr Masodkar is great. She listens to my concerns and makes adjustments to my medication as needed. She is compassionate and understanding. She is never dismissive or in a rush to finish the appointment in a hurry. The staff is friendly and professional and appointments are easy to schedule.

The staff are knowledgeable and caring. They do their best to meet needs of those staying. What problems did occur where to things out of their control. The facility is clean and neat and meets the needs of the patients staying there. The days are scheduled to offer a variety from education to fun activities. The food is healthy and nutritious and offers a good variety of meals.

My dr did very little to help me and my last two visits with her lasted a grand total of 5 minutes. That???s not a typo, 5 minutes. 1 minute for the last visit and 4 minutes the visit before that. Obviously, she doesn???t really care. Why would I recommend anyone seek that kind of care? How to make it right? Provide me with a dr that does care, listens and understands that patients know themselves better than a stranger ever could.
