I really liked Dr. McGregor. She took time to get to know me and both she and the nurse were really nice and made it a comfortable visit.

My visit was timely and Dr. McGregor was attentive, caring and overall made me feel like she actually cared. The front staff and MAs were professional.

Dr. McGregor was great, as always. Very kind and great bedside manner. She is the best.
Bad experience with the young lady's attitude and the way she spoke to me at the check in desk. She is not a good representative of UAB Medicine.

Parking at UAB is always pretty difficult but I did get lucky and found street parking relatively close by. Dr. McGregor is awesome and always makes me feel heard and supported. All of the staff was great except for the front desk in waiting area.

My doctor and nurse listened and seemed to care about any issues or concerns. Visit was longer than I expected, which was great. They took the time to talk with me.

Miss Stacey, the MA was so professional, friendly, and thorough. She took time to review necessary documents, give explanations for processes, and remained incredibly personable the entire interaction. It truly felt like she really loves her job.

Response times in message portal is disappointing and could improve (it took at least a week to hear back). Also, would be nice to get in same or next day for a sick patient appointment. I sent a message because I couldn't get in for several days

Dr. McGregor and her staff are excellent. She demonstrates the highest medical knowledge, is very thorough, communicates very clearly, and is very gracious. They worked me into the schedule after arriving late from an accident on the interstate. I have the highest recommendations without reservation.
