Miss Stacey, the MA was so professional, friendly, and thorough. She took time to review necessary documents, give explanations for processes, and remained incredibly personable the entire interaction. It truly felt like she really loves her job.

Response times in message portal is disappointing and could improve (it took at least a week to hear back). Also, would be nice to get in same or next day for a sick patient appointment. I sent a message because I couldn't get in for several days

Dr. McGregor and her staff are excellent. She demonstrates the highest medical knowledge, is very thorough, communicates very clearly, and is very gracious. They worked me into the schedule after arriving late from an accident on the interstate. I have the highest recommendations without reservation.
