Mary Forbes was excellent. She reviewed my history and labs. She indicated there were many things to be concerned about that needed immediate attention. She recommended that I go to the emergency room which I did that same afternoon.

I like NP Mary Forbes because she thoroughly reviews my history, listens intently to my current symptoms and circumstances, then prescribes medication(s), orders tests, and suggests a logical course of action. I appreciate her expertise and, if I could see her in person, I would, but virtually is the next best things, so thank you, JHM.

I was impressed by Nurse Forbes' knowledge and perseverance. She did a great job of trying to relate my symptoms plus (historical and current) labs to my current health issue (as yet undiagnosed to my knowledge).

The provider, Mary, was very informative and attentive to my needs. She recommended I go to the Emergency Room, although I was reluctant to go, she felt it would be best due to concerns for acute appendicitis. Mary followed up with me through my chart and engaged on a different level that I am used to which was very nice to see.

She saved my life! She indicated that I needed an EKG to rule out heart issues for my dizziness and after my appointment was able to miraculously obtain one for me after the weekend. The cardiologist sent me to the ER for an emergency placement of a pacemaker! She followed up to make sure I was seen as soon as possible.

She did not end the call until she was sure all my questions were answered, and I received everything I needed. She went above and beyond In my opinion. I really appreciate her time and effort in helping me. I felt cared for. This is especially important when not feeling well and needing answers.
